Privacy statement

In order to provide you with the services you need as efficiently and effectively as possible, I process your personal data.

Why do I have a Privacy Statement?

I consider careful handling of your personal data to be of great importance. In this Privacy Statement I have listed for you how I handle your personal data. Here you can read which personal data I process from you, for what purposes, how long I store your data, to whom I pass on your data and what influence you can exert on it yourself.

What is personal data?

Personal data is all data that can be traced back to a person. You can think of a name, an address, a date of birth, a telephone number and an e-mail address. I obtain this type of data from you when, for example, you fill in a form or send an e-mail. In some cases, you also provide me with personal data when you visit my website, for example in the form of your IP address or a cookie.

The moment your personal data is shared with me by yourself or by a third party, for example the organization where you work, I will process it. Processing includes, among other things: collecting, storing, consulting, deleting, using and in some cases transferring the data.

What does this Privacy Statement apply to?

This Privacy Statement applies to all personal data that I process in the context of this website and in the context of the services I provide.

Whose personal data do I process?

I may process personal data of all persons with whom I have contact or who visit this website. These include contact persons of my (potential) clients and students, (potential) business partners and (potential) suppliers.

Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

The party responsible for processing your personal data is IRTI B.V., located at Manebiest 6, 5831 JP Boxmeer. The controller is the one who decides whether and, if so, which personal data are processed, for what purpose and in what way.

I process your personal data in the context of carrying out the following activities:

Website visit

  • During website visit: IP address, visit data and cookies. Purpose: To analyze website usage so that the website can be optimized for visitors. In addition, I use the analysis to determine my advertising strategy. I base this on the information I have collected via cookies or similar techniques about your use of this website, social media, blogs or podcasts. Finally, I collect the data to improve my products and services (including via the website) or to solve (technical) problems when using the website or our services.
  • When registering for the newsletter: name and e-mail address. Purpose: To inform you about my services and other activities.
  • When getting in touch about my products or services: name and address details, e-mail address, telephone number and company details. Purpose: To provide you with the right products and/or services and to contact you if necessary.
  • When registering for events or training: name and address, e-mail address, telephone number, job details and company details. Purpose: To handle your registration and to contact you if necessary.

Personal contact

  • When making contact by telephone, face-to-face or contact via the website, forms, e-mail or social media: personal data depending on the type of information you provide us. Purpose: To answer your questions, make offers or to improve the quality of my services. The data you send me by e-mail will be kept for as long as necessary for the complete answering and handling of the e-mail.

I only process your personal data for the stated purposes. When I use your data for other (closely related) purposes, I will inform you about this and take the necessary measures.

How do I handle your personal data?

Transferring to third parties

I only provide your personal data to third parties, including (potential) clients, in the following situations:

  • necessary in the context of the implementation of the agreement
  • your consent
  • I may also be obliged to provide personal data on the basis of legislation or regulations, on the basis of a decision by a competent court, or in the event of fraud or abuse. If that is the case, I will cooperate.

Transfer of your data to countries outside the European Economic Area

I will not transfer your data to a company or branch in a country outside European Economic Area, unless a model agreement has been concluded for this purpose or if you have signed a statement in which you consent to the transfer.

What are your rights?

When I process your personal data, you have certain rights in accordance with the applicable regulations. These are explained below.

Right of access to your data

Do you want to know exactly which personal information of you I process? Then you can use your right of access.

Right to rectification

You have the right to rectify data if your data is incorrect or incomplete, for example with outdated address data.

Right to data erasure

You also have the right to have certain data removed. For example, when your data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which I received it or you object to the processing. However, I cannot always delete all requested data, because I am (or may be) legally obliged to keep certain data.

Right to restriction of processing

You also have the right to restrict the processing of your data. The right to restriction means that I am (temporarily) not allowed to process and change your personal data. This is the case if you believe that the data is incorrect, if you are of the opinion that the personal data are no longer necessary for the processing purpose or if you are of the opinion that your personal data is being processed unlawfully.

Right of objection

For example, if you do not want me to use your personal data to make you personal offers.

Right to data portability

If you have provided me with your personal data yourself, you have the right to data portability. This is the case if this is done in the context of (explicit) permission or on the basis of an agreement. I will provide your digital data to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable manner if you request me to do so.

How can you exercise your rights?

If you wish to exercise your rights, you can contact me using the contact details below or by sending me a letter with your name, address and telephone number. I will respond to your request within one month.

I may ask you to provide a proof of your identity so that I can check whether I provide or erase the personal data of the right person.
